    Really dont understand how can you say that you need to increase a couple of hundreds the test levels..     Even though I think the possibility is low but is it possible to check your T levels without having for an actual test by your doctor It's just not do-able for me in my financial state. Are there any symptons you can keep an eye on while you're raising your T levels I'm currently working out, doing intensive sprints and eat very well now.     Another good vid Sean, I'm 46, I've always taken D3, I live in michigan, with lots a melanin lol, so thats a must, but I didnt find my issue until I started taking 50mg of Zinc( Sex drive, more energy) and when I stoppped taking ZMA (People can say what they want) but this has the Zinc Mag combo, and it helped me, some people not I hear, but its a winner for me(Just cant do the empty stomach thing), I may just stick with the Zinc, it's definitely effective, but like I said before, you know your shit, so I definitely take heed to your knowledge. .

    I live in Southern Georgia nad usually do about 30 minutes of yoga in direct sunlight paired with 30 minutes of meditation then I'll walk for 45 minutes a day usually in sunlight (I also lift in the evenings). I would assume that's enough vitamin D, right.

    ON ZMA supplements have suggested usage as having it before sleeping in an empty stomach. Isn't it better to have both zinc and magnesium with a meal rather than an empty stomach. Plus I just cannot go to sleep with an empty stomach because then I get hungry as hell!.
    Technically speaking magnesium gluconate is the only one you'd need with a meal... the other two forms can be on an empty stomach... many people experience nausea with zinc on an empty stomach which is why I recommend taking it with food..
